Annie DeArmond, MMFT, LMFT Associate

 

Annie DeArmond, MMFT, holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. Her clinical background includes working with individuals, couples, and families. In addition, she has experience facilitating group therapy for trauma survivors and their families and with adolescents seeking addiction recovery in a residential treatment center setting. Annie has also received training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and integrates its methodology into her work with couples.

 

Annie spent her graduate internship working with trauma survivors and their families at a community advocacy center located in the DFW metroplex. Annie also served as head research coordinator with Courtroom Sciences, Inc. and has training in adolescent therapy.

Not one person or family is alike, and this is why Annie utilizes a systemic perspective to incorporate your unique attributes in walking alongside you towards healing and growth. Annie has had the opportunity of working with a variety of cases to build better connections and relationships that foster hope and resilience.
